In 2000, we ventured into warehousing in West Bengal under Shriram Warehousing Ltd. Over the years, we have provided over a million sq ft of warehousing space to renowned multinational companies like Hindustan Lever, Whirlpool, Tata Motors, MTNL, Samsung, and others.

Now, we have expanded our warehousing business to Maharashtra. With over 8 lakh sq ft of successfully Leased warehousing space to companies like Flipkart, Wonderchef, Reliance, Spear Logistics, and National Design, we are committed to scaling up to 2 million sq ft by 2025.

With excellent infrastructure and a strategic location, we anticipate a growing demand for state-of-the-art Warehouses and Industrial buildings. As a financially sound company with a turnover of around Rs 200 crores and a dedicated team of 500 personnel, we are well-prepared for fresh investments and diversification.

The company previously operated a comprehensive integrated textile facility, encompassing spinning, weaving, and fabric processing. Subsequently, it made a strategic decision to divest from the textile sector and explore opportunities in other manufacturing industries outlined below.

Presently, the organization stands as the nation's leading rubber oil manufacturer, along with the production of Rubber Crumb. This is extensively used in Astro turfs, playgrounds, rubber mats, and similar applications. Additionally, the company specializes in manufacturing high-quality Black Plastic Masterbatch, catering to the plastic industry.

In line with its commitment to promoting a cleaner environment through sustainable practices, New Era has recently installed a state-of-the-art 4.4 Mega Watt Solar Power Plant in Maharashtra, embodying its philosophy of embracing Green Energy.
